Knockin’ on Heavens Door is a fairly easy guitar song with only 4 chords: G Major, D Major, Am7, and C Major, although some people leave out the Am7 and just play the C Major in its place, and it still sounds quite good. So if you have trouble changing from D Major to Am7, just substitute a C Major in those parts.
